Bought this app before I knew what "push" technology meant. Wow, I do now and this app is useless without it and without the ability to run in the background. If you want an IM to automatically pop up on your iPhone , do NOT buy this app.

This s the only app thru which I cud connect my office communicator. Great!!! But it is still not worth 10 dollars since there s no multi tasking..

Logon Failed - "CWA Server did not return a session" But I can use Safari and web interface no problem. Vendor has been of little help. Save your $9.99 and go get a pizza tonight. Youll end up more satisfied.

Without push capability (i.e., notification of incoming message when doing other tasks or phone asleep), its useless and therefore certainly NOT worth $9.99. I tried it for our business with an open mind - its a total waste.

No update in over a year? Background/push and showing me as available to other users (so they can initiate chats with me) are the things I and this app needs. Otherwise, still useful... maybe not $10 useful... but useful.

Such a pricey app, yet no updates, no response from developers on the biggest issues with this app, which make it useless. Dont give them a dime and maybe they will start being more responsive, or someone will develope an OCS app that works.

It is completely asinine that the developer refuses to support backgrounding or notifications. This seriously cuts into the value proposition of mobile presence.

The developers have promised backgrounding for over a year now, and still nothing to show for it. As is, the app is borderline useless. Its like were stuck with an iPhone from 3 years ago, with no multitasking or push notification.

Missing key feature and that is ability to operate in background. Surprising omission.. Did they actually use it after they built it?

No background. No notify. unusable for real world use. Total ripoff.

Now the application can run in the background but for only 9 minutes, this is almost as useless as no background running at all. If you can do 9 minutes why not all the time? I bought this POS several months ago but is useless. I had hope for 9 minutes after the last update. Will keep waiting till the developers decide to do what the customer needs.

Was using version 1.2.3 on iPhone and iPad 2. Downloaded 2.0 on iPad and it now refuses to connect. So I am not updating the iPhone one till it get fixed.

This is now a much better app. I like the 9 min threshold so it wont run constantly and drain the battery. This gives enough time for people to respond. Keep the good updates coming!

I almost missed that this app was updated recently. Now that it runs in the background its great for quickly addressing someone over IM when you are not at a computer and still switch to make a call or check email while waiting for a reply.

9 minutes. This is dictated by the developer and were to assume the dev has our best interests in mind. This mindset is fundamental to the decline of the American economy. If the dev really has our best interests in mind, users should have the ability to adjust the background run time from a default of 9 minutes. Otherwise, the reasons for the time stipulation are up to interpretation. Do not support this mentality with through financial contributions.

This app has so much potential, but you keep finding ways to bring it down. Their has to be an explanation for the 9 minutes. It really makes no since at all. Please either give the ability to set your own timeout or just have it stay running in the background permanently. The user can decide if they want to kill it and save their battery on their own.

Very capable app, best I have seen for Communicator 2007 and worth the money...unless you want to stay online past 9 minutes. App closes automatically. Should be configurable.
