iDialog App Reviews

Ever since I updated to v6 the other day, any time I launch iDialog I get the error Logon Failed. Request to CWA Server Timed Out. Please fix ASAP.

It worked perfect until the iOS update. Ive been troubleshooting with an idialog rep and now hes saying its my corporate CWA server not working. I think thats his way of saying he doesnt know whats wrong. Please fix it or give me my money back so I can buy a different app.

So, Ive been using it and made the $$ investment. But there areas Id like to see those dollars applied to from a development perspective. First, while setting it up isnt hard, it takes longer than it needs to because there isnt a QuickStart guide (or anything I could find) that explains the fields and where to get information. Second, when you change your password you need to delete the app and reinstall it (at least I have had to). This is not a domain problem or a CWA problem - this is an app issue. Third, the app times out (which defeats the purpose of an IM). Other IM apps have solved this and I believe Apple provided and API/method to manage that - just needs to be implemented. Fourth, the alerting isnt well executed. It feels like a background app (much like the issue above). I would like it to pop up on my lock screen, home screen etc. - then take me straight to the chat. Finally, update for iPhone screen real estate. The app shows a lot of promise, so we all pay a lot of money - but its far from where it needs to be. Keep working on it. Thanks.

I just threw away $10

Trial worked. Decided to pay for pro license. Did not work. Heed the my advice and those of other reviewers - does not work; no customer support; no way to get your money back.

Connects 1 out of 15 times, and dies soon after if you do connect. Waste of $10.

Have been using this app on my 5 and then the 5S. On my new 6+ the app is just stretched so everything is bigger, instead of keeping the same font size and fitting more in the bigger screen. An update for the UI would be really nice!!!

Was the only OCS app back in the day. But its basically retired in place with few features and a tired UI. Go with Intelli IM instead even with the subscription rate. You get real push notifications, fresh UI, and periodic updates. And no 9 min timeouts.
