Fix this issue and Ill change my rating.

This app could be the best however how can I recommend this app to my work when it dies after 9 minutes while in the background. The whole purpose of ocs is to have the IM client running all the time to receive messages. This defeats the whole concept and renders the app useless. Let me worry about battery life and give me option to have it run in background as long as I want. This should be fixed ASAP for now I would avoid this app until that is fixed.

Would be a 5 star application, but developers think they know better than me on how long I want this app to run in the background. If it destroys battery life who cares if it was my choice!!!!

What they dont tell you until you download an update is that it only runs in the background for 9min (probably because almost nobody would buy it). Seems fraudulent to me. Who would pay $10 for an IM app that automatically logs you out after 9min. Whether its an iOS limitation or app limitation they should let you know up front.

Trail version worked well, but the purchased version is not working and comes back with login failed. Im not not if it because of client side certificate or something else.I dont any proper doc or explanation on this...

The whole 9 minute background runtime is absolutely insane. It seems like it flies in the face of what this mobile communicator is supposed to be for - to be accessible easily while on the go. I dont appreciate having to reload my app every so often to keep it alive. Also - why cant I update my location? It stays stuck on Office but will not allow me to change to Home or On my Iphone. I think I wasted $10.

Once I configured the correct settings, I was amazed and pleased!

After I upgraded to iOS 5, the app stopped working with OCS. Weve now upgraded our office to Lync, and its working again. Not sure why. App is great when it works, but for ten bucks, it should ALWAYS work.

This application is very effective for extending the OCS 2007 capabilities to iPhone and iPads through the enterprise Communicator Web Access Server. No problems. It even works great over 3G connection to our VPN using Pulse.

Would be a 5 star app if the developer corrects this issue. Useless, otherwise.

It does seem to eat up battery so good thing on line time w/o activity is limited. No issues to date.

3 day trial worked just fine, using thier lic code of CanIConnect. Once the trial ran out, i paid for and installed the full app. Using SAME settings as I did for trial, and POS will not connect. What a scam.

Same comment as others. Worked like a charm for the 3 day demo, but cant connect after forking over the $10....Disappointed...

Tried the trial and bought the app. It works. Can connect successfully and can see all contacts. Dont have the ability to add new contacts to my contact list; however I can IM them. Have to add new contacts via web or client application. Would like the ability to change the sound of IM notifications.

The 9 minute timeout is ridiculous!!!! No one can use an IM client like this, and its not true when the FAQ says Apple made you do it. Why do IM+, Trillian and Skype all stay connected. This is a GREAT app, I love it and I paid for it, but the 9 minute timeout makes it nearly useless. Whats the "real" reason for this and why cant it be fixed?

The trial version was a great app so I purchased the full version. It worked for a few days but now it wont connect with the server.

It works. I am able to connect to my CWA server and chat with the people, but thats about it. No configuration settings at all nor notification available. Would recommend the developers to allow the user to change the time that they would like the application to run on the background. Also to include notifications through iOS. For the current price tag and current functionality I would NOT recommend this application unless you really needed it.

Updated review after 7 month. Waste of $10. Idialog stopped connecting entirely. Piece of crap.

I would rate it 5 stars if the 9 min time out was disabled and was able to run in the background until the user logs out!!!

The app worked fine until I had to change my password. Now the app would recognize me, and keeps giving me the "logon failed" error. Refund please.
